The options

ProviderAccountsNotes
GoogleGmail and Google Workspace accountsUses your verified Google email address.
MicrosoftPersonal accounts (Outlook.com, Hotmail, Live) and work or school accountsA work or school account must share a verified email address. Some organizations only let staff use apps their administrator has approved; if you see an approval request, ask your IT administrator.
AppleAny Apple AccountApple can share your real address or a private relay address (“Hide My Email”). With a relay address, the Account page asks you to add a real address too, so invitations and receipts reach you.

Facebook sign-in isn't offered.

New accounts

Anyone can sign up. A new account gets 5,000 credits once, the first time it opens the studio. Each sign-in records which version of the Terms you accepted.

More than one email address

On the Account page you can add more addresses to one account. Each is confirmed with a one-time code sent to it (valid 15 minutes). Invitations to any of your confirmed addresses reach you, and you can sign in with any provider that uses one of them. Choose which address is your primary (used for receipts and notices). Removing an address or a sign-in method always asks you to confirm.

Two accounts by mistake?

If you ended up with two accounts (for example one through Google and one through Apple), merge them from the Account page: prove you own the other account (a code sent to its email, or signing in with it), choose which account stays, and confirm. Sites, credits, sign-in methods, email addresses and billing move to the account that stays; the other one is closed.

Sites you sign in to

If you use “Sign in with Sherman Studio” on websites hosted here, the Account page lists those sites under Sites you sign in to: which email address each one sees, an opt-in for news from Sherman Web Design, and Remove access. See Sign in with Sherman Studio.
