Give your assistant a name and personality

Site owners could give the assistant on their site and in the studio a name, an icon and a tone that suits them, while its rules and permissions stay the same.

The idea

The assistant would have a friendly default name and icon, and site owners could make it their own:

• A name your team will recognize, shown on the Assistant button, at the top of the panel and next to its replies, on your site and in the studio.
• An icon, picked from a small set or from an image in your site's files.
• A short tone description, such as "warm and encouraging" or "brief and to the point", so its replies sound like your organization.

You'd set it up by asking the assistant, with no new settings screens to learn.

What stays the same

A new name and tone change only how the assistant sounds. What it can do, who can do what on your site, and the Confirm step before changes go live stay exactly as they are.

Pricing

The assistant would be billed in credits, as it is today.
